    Unboxing my experience

    This hotel is an very nice find! Our room had amazing views of the Perfume River and was spacious and clean as new. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and served with a view that complemented every bite. A special shout-out to the attentive staff, especially Van Duc, whose warm welcome.

    The atmosphere created was quiet! The location was central, just next door to numerous good, and a coffee shop, and there were a palace and a citadel close to the venue.

    Despite its luxury, I encountered several issues. The gym was a disappointment. It had just a running machine and a bike, not a true fitness center. The pool area was rather unkempt, with tired and dirty lounge mattresses. I also found the buffet breakfast lacking in variety-definitely room for improvement.

    I appreciated this high quality hotel, it did not disappoint. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was good and unbeatable, 15 km to Phu Bai International airport, perfectly reachable.

    Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

    The pool area offered a fine view. The breakfast buffet was extensive, providing an excellent selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes, made each morning good.

    The amazing views of the perfume river from my room were lovely, and the attentive staff made everything enjoyable, especially van duc, who helped arrange transportation. The buffet breakfast was delicious with so many options available.
